At the age of 80, Dorothy Iannone continues to be confident and unapologetic with her erotic pieces and high sex drive, the collection gives a pin-hole view into her feelings and experiences.

The exhibition features pieces from the 70’s and 80’s alongside her more recent pieces.

Throughout her career she has challenged the typical stereotypes of gender, sexuality, spirituality and pleasure.

In paintings, sculpture and video boxes shows figures scantily clad and nude in positions of unity and pleasure against a background of flora, mandalas and biomorphic patterns. Giving that free, ‘spread the love’ hippy-like vibe.

The exhibition will be a Camden Arts Centre from now until the 5th May 2013.

You can find out more about the exhibition on the Camden Arts Centre website.
