Labrinth to perform at Teenage Cancer Trust concert

Labrinth to help raise money for the Teenage Cancer Trust at the Royal Albert Hall early next year.

Yesterday afternoon, UK artist Labrinth took to Twitter to announce that he will be performing at the Royal Albert Hall in order to raise money for the Teenage Cancer Trust.

The East Londoner who is headlining this year’s Spirit of London Awards will grace the prestigious venue with his presence alongside Brighton duo Rizzle Kicks, on Sunday March 24th 2013.

The charity, which aims to improve the quality of life of young people with cancer, will have a series of shows to help raise funds and the awareness for their great cause.

Noel Gallagher, who is curating the concerts in partnership with The Body Shop has also enlisted the help of British rock bands Kasabian and Primal Scream; comedians Russell Brand and Noel Fielding and many more special guests. Last year’s event saw urban artists Jessie J and Tinie Tempah take the stage.

Tickets are priced from £25.00 (plus booking fee) and will be available to purchase from 9.30am tomorrow (December 7).
