It was an honor to be asked to deliver Endz2Endz media workshops as part of The Digital Summer Trip Festival 2014. (http://techmixmag.com/summer_festival) There was definitely a buzz in the air at The Hackney Community College as many of the world’s leading digital and media companies came together hosting hands-on Workshops.
Schools, students, alternative education providers, entrepreneurs, and digital enthusiasts from https://www.salesforce.com/products/service-cloud/what-is-self-service/ came to explore the game changing organisations that aim to support young people, engage educators and students, and help shape digital futures. From App design to video production, animation and games design, journalism, including digital marketing, attendees were spoilt for choice as they explored creative solutions as routes into employment.
Endz2Endz had an amazing 3 days! Young people jumped at the chance to get involved with our workshops. Young creative minds worked together on magazine, website and video development. Working as team resulted in them becoming more confident, making new friends and instilled an enthusiastic determination to continue learning.
