First Steps In Social Enterprise launch

Are you a budding social entrepreneur from a migrant background, or someone with a business idea for a social enterprise that will benefit both minorities and the wider community? First Steps In Social Enterprise is a FREE opportunity to meet successful social enterprises and sector specialists at a launch event for an exciting new programme.

The event is for people aged 18-30 from minority/migrant backgrounds with a social enterprise idea, that is of benefit to or migrant/minority community or migrant/minority led.

It will be taking place from 12.00 until 4.15pm at the Karibu Centre in Brixton on June 11; with lunch and refreshments will be provided.

There will be an introduction and a taster session which includes three mini workshops. After this ‘taster session’ you may have the opportunity to join a free 12 week programme to help you launch your own social enterprise.
