Kendrick Lamar’s highly anticipated debut studio album, ‘good kid, m.A.A.d city’ is finally here.

So after months of anticipation, Kendrick Lamar has finally given his fans what they’ve been waiting so long for! He dropped his album good kid, m.A.A.d city at the start of the week and all the feedback has been positive!

After releasing his first studio album Section.80 in July 2011, we expected nothing less from this Compton native! He refers to this album as a “short film”, and I can see why. In good kid, m.A.A.d city, Kendrick Lamar reveals a side to his fans that he has never revealed before by taking us through his life as a young boy growing up in the city of Compton. The album also includes quite a few skits, which helps his listeners get to know him on a more intimate level.

The album’s production has been handled by some major producers, such as Pharrell Williams, Just Blaze, Jack Splash and Terrace Martin to name a few.

I can say that this album was absolutely worth the wait, and I am confident in saying that it is one of the best Hip Hop projects to drop this year!

Don’t believe me? Then you gotta check it out yourself! You can purchase Kendrick’s brand new album on iTunes for £10.99. Worth every penny!
