Following the controversial remake of Amy Winehouse’s classic, ‘Back to Black’ by Beyoncé and André 3000, Interscope unleash the latest track from the The Great Gatsby soundtrack.

With Jay-Z overseeing the hotly anticipated soundtrack to Baz Lurhman’s picture, it was inevitable that his wifey was going to be featured big time; and what better way to have one of her smash hits covered?

To do the job, Scottish songstress Emeli Sandé and The Bryan Ferry Orchestra have been enlisted to take on Bey’s ‘Crazy In Love’. Fitting to the blockbuster, the track has been given a vintage Jazz and almost Charleston like feel courtesy of the brilliant orchestra. Emeli gives a nice touch to the track, but it would have been stunning if she had jazzed up her vocals with a 20s or even 40s sound to match the bouncing instruments.

The Great Gatsby soundtrack which features tracks by Lana Del Rey, Florence + the Machine and more, will be released on May 7.
