Introducing upcoming UK rapper T-Rocc and his new single ‘Fall Back’.
T-Rocc is a 24-year-old rapper hailing from Ipswich, Suffolk. He began writing during his years at high-school but started taking it more seriously and recording professionally 4 years ago. Real name Troy Arnold, his main inspiration comes from listening to loads of underground Hip-Hop, especially that from the US, “where the hunger and purity shines through the tales that the people tell in their music”.
T-Rocc’s love and respect for the underground Hip-Hop scene in the States has seen him collaborate with artists and producers from across the pond, including Miami hailing producer warnutz the Loser; on their collaborative EP, X-Periment.
On the verge of releasing new LP, He’s the Beat Machine, I’m the Lyricist (a play on DJ Jazzy Jeff & Fresh Prince’s, He’s the DJ, I’m the rapper) a joint effort WITH unsigned Portland, USA producer Matt Redman.
The first track to be taken from their forthcoming LP, ‘Fall Back’, is a straight up boom bap hard hitting track that echoes his underground Hip-Hop inspiration via its production and T-Rocc’s delivery.
Fall back is the result of two unsigned, hungry artists just doing what they love to do…looking to bring that BOOM BAP back to Hip-Hop.
Featuring two guests appearances, the 10-track collaborative album is set to drop soon, with all tracks written by T and beats produced by Matt.
