E2E’s Andre Johnson get a closer view into upcoming rap group STP

STP originally known as ‘Stack that Paper’ and ‘Struggle to Proceed.

The group from South London recently released their mixtape, STPM3. They have gone popular recently making songs with Stormzy, Sneakbo, Moelogo and many other up and coming artists.

We asked the group what genre they are and what they come under “they said we are our own selves, we made our own genre, new generation of AfroHop.

The group also said that they “are happy to be role models and have so much support”.

“We like Afrobeats, we also like rap, we mixed the two and it gave birth to a new type of UK Rap, bringing culture in the music listen to and the music we make.”

“We wanted to bring Africa to the UK”
