Series 3 of Lord Alan Sugar’s ‘Young Apprentice’ is back on BBC1 tonight.

Back for a third series, this years edition of Young Apprentice 2012 kicks off tonight on BBC1. Lord Alan Sugar will be wasting no time at all as he will throw his new batch of teenage candidates straight into are thrown into their first challenge.

The candidates will be split into the usual two teams, boys versus girls for the first round. After a lack of suggestions, the boys select Odyssey for their team name, and struggle to spell it! While the girls decide on a simple but classy name, Platinum. We will then see the young entrepreneurs head to their luxury pad in Hampstead, where they’ll reside for the next few weeks.

Their first challenge will be the good old ‘rags to riches’ task, where the 16-17 year olds will have to which is to persuade people to buy their recycled cast-offs!

Who will we love, hate and who will get the the fired-finger tonight? Tune it to BBC1 at 8pm to find out!
