Mancunian soul singer Daley drops the official video for his debut single ‘Remember Me’ featuring Jessie J.

Mancunian soul-singer Daley rose to our attentions with his debut mixtape Those Who Wait – which was released August 2011, featuring 10 track, including his brilliant duet with Marsha Ambrosius (the ‘songstress’ of Floetry) on ‘Alone Together’. Since then he’s been under the radar steadily building his fan base, until he emerged last month when he dropped a lyric video for his debut single ‘Remember Me’ featuring Jessie J.

The track heavily samples South London soul-singer Mica Paris’ ‘Should’ve Known Better’ as well as Scottish DJ Blueboy’s dance track ‘Remember Me’ – both huge hits in the 90s. In Daley’s simple but epic video cassette tapes flame and speakers bump milk, while Jessie J wiggles away with her brilliant vocals.
