55th Grammy Awards Red Carpet (2013)

Sunday 10th February played host to the annual Grammy Awards, and while we were eager to see who won what, we were obviously paying more attention to the red carpet fashion! Following the strict rule change regarding clothing, a variety of stunning labels were shown off, but here’s our list of the top 5 outfits of the night!

1) Rihanna

There honestly is no denying that classy Rihanna is one of the best versions of her. She looked beyond stunning in her custom made Azzedine Alaia red dress. We also think she looked super cute cosied up to her boyfriend (or fiancé?!)

2) Beyonce

After a fierce, bold and daring costume for her half time performance at the Super Bowl, Queen Bey toned it down and stayed simple and elegant on the red carpet, in monochrome tailoring from Osman.

3) Taylor Swift

We have to give it to her stylist, Taylor Swift, 9 times out of 10 usually gets it right on the red carpet. This didn’t change for The Grammy’s, as she dressed up in her off white J Mendel gown. She looked like a goddess!

4) Kelly Rowland

This could be seen as a little rule breaker, as Kelly Rowland donned a stunning, all black Georges Chakra gown. The mesh and curve hugging dress looked beautiful on the Destiny’s Child singer… But was it too daring, considering the newly altered dress code?

5) Chris Brown

We thought we’d add in our best dressed man for the night… It was between Justin Timberlake and Chris, but dressed in white, with that cheeky smile, and a hot girl on his arm, I think we will all agree that Chris definitely looked a dapper gent- despite having crashed his Porsche the day before!
