The Royal Baby: Arrives
Kate Middleton gives birth to Britian’s future King, a still to be named baby prince!
You may have heard by now that yesterday at 4.24pm, Princess Kate Middleton gave birth to a beautiful baby boy at Paddington’s St. Mary’s Hospital in the Lindo Wing!
This worldwide media frenzy that The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s new royal addition, sees history repeating itself as William’s later mother Princess Diana, also gave birth to William, in that very hospital.
Since the Royal birth of the baby Prince, he is now automatically the third in line for the throne to become Britain’s future Monarch. The future Monarch even beat his uncle, Prince Harry, to it!
Clarence House took to its official Twitter page announcing the baby’s birth yesterday; sparking an online whirlwind of congratulations from the public as well as big names in the Showbiz world. Presidents, world leaders and fellow International Royals also sent their congratulations!
Buckingham Palace has posted a huge and fancy easel this will later report the name, the weight, the hair colour and the time of birth – once the information has been released. The board is being showcased outside Buckingham Palace, where crowds have gathered to capture that very special moment.
The media have been speculating for a while now as to whether the Queen will be making an appearance at the hospital where Princess Kate has been staying since yesterday, with the Prince firmly by her side. However, as Kate’s hair stylist and make-up artists arrived at the Ward earlier this morning, it may be that the Her Majesty the Queen won’t need to make the visit after all.
As with every Royal baby celebration, the Royal family will award every baby that was born on 22nd July 2013 a ‘Silver Lucky Penny’ that signifies good health and wealth. I never thought I’d say this, but I actually wish that I was ‘born yesterday!’
