England were under some serious pressure, faces were down and spirits were low. England were in big trouble.

The momentum of England went high when Glen Johnson delivered a great ball into the box and Wayne Rooney tucked it in the back of the net to make it 1-1 giving the three lions hope of getting back into this one.

Ten minutes later, England’s dreams were crushed when Fernando Muslera drove a long ball into the path of Suárez allowing him to smash the ball into Joe Hart’s net from 10 yards out giving Uruguay the lead 2-1.
